Centrally located in the Jutland triangle area and with a population in excess of 100,000 inhabitants, Vejle Municipality is Denmark’s sixth largest municipality and the Regional Capital for the Region of Southern Denmark.

Vejle Municipality is made up of five municipal centres: Vejle, Give, Egtved, Jelling and Børkop, all of which are important commercial centres in their own right.
