Winter in Denmark can be tough, especially the first ones we experience after arriving in this country.

It is common to feel as if all the energy has been zapped out during the dark, short days. However, all is not lost - there are ways to fight back and thrive even during the cold winter days.

In this workshop we will identify SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and Winter Blues, focus on tools and strategies to combat the blues and keep thriving. We will discuss the importance of self-care and well-being, and prepare an individual Thrive in Winter Back Pack.

Together we will:
• discuss symptoms of SAD and ways to combat it
• focus on self-care and well-being routines that improve the mood
• identify mood boosters
• prepare Individual Thrive in Winter Tool Boxes

What will you gain as participants:
• tips, tools and easy to use strategies to beat the blues
• insight why self-care and well-being routines are very important
• knowledge regarding symptoms and strategies to cope with SAD

Participation is free of charge - a sandwich and drinks are included.
