Below a "step by step guide" on how to book a time at Borgerservice (Citizen Service), when you need to do so in connection with your move to Denmark.
Please note that if you need to book a time for other things, you can ask Newcomer Service for help - to make sure you book a time at the right department.
How to...
Do you have a Danish phone number? You will need this to book.
If not you can either contact Newcomer Service for assistance - or call Borgerservice at 76 81 01 74.
Go into this this site and choose:
Book time at Borgerservice
Then choose:
Moving
Then choose no to having a NemID:
No to NemID
Then choose move to Denmark (below picture) - after that you get to where you can chose date and time.
