Wintering
A journey inward to the most fascinating place of all: your inner self.
Wintering is a 3.5-hour workshop inspired by the natural inward rhythm of the darker season.
It offers a guided space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what you need, so you can move through darker days with less friction, more clarity and a more grounded sense of direction.
Based on No Label’s three pillars — Pause, Reconnect and Move — the workshop blends guided reflection, hands-on activities and sensory elements such as breathing, music and a calm, cozy atmosphere.
Through individual reflection and group dialogue, participants are invited to explore what this season is asking of them, what they need more of, what feels true now, and how to move forward in a way that feels more aligned and grounded.
The workshop moves through three stages:
Pause
Arrival, grounding and presence. A moment to slow down, land in the body and create a safe, reflective space.
Reconnect
Guided reflection and self-awareness. A space to explore needs, values and what is present within you in this season.
Move
Integration and grounded next steps. Turning insight into practical movement and shaping a personal winter path for the season ahead.
Participants leave with greater clarity, self-awareness, intention and grounded movement - along with a hygge-rescue kit, filled with their own reflections, insights and some treats, to help them move through the darker days more smoothly.
The workshop is offered by Vejle Kommune in collaboration with No Label and facilitated by Carol Bajarunas.
