VODAWOTAH

VODAWOTAH født i Bulgarien og har base i Wien, Østrig. Han er en urban kunstner og muralist med rødder i traditionel graffiti og en uddannelse i grafisk design og visuel kommunikation fra Universitetet i Veliko Tarnovo.  

Med en aktiv karriere siden 2008 har VODAWOTAH skabt storskalamaleri og kunstprojekter i både Europa og Caribien. 

Som grundlægger af VODAWOTAH Agency i Wien arbejder han i krydsfeltet mellem reklame, offentlig kunst og kulturelle initiativer. Hans værker spænder fra kommercielle vægmalerier for internationale brands til udstillinger og live-malingsevents i lande som Østrig, Bulgarien og Tyskland. 

VODAWOTAHs kunstneriske praksis forener graffitikulturens rå æstetik med moderne designprincipper. Han arbejder ofte med typografiske kompositioner og brandingelementer og anvender sin ekspertise inden for illustration, Adobe Creative Suite og storskalateknikker til at skabe visuelle fortællinger, der engagerer det offentlige rum. 

Gennem sin kunst udforsker han forbindelser mellem byrum, identitet og visuel kommunikation – altid med en stærk sans for farve, bevægelse og mening.

VODAWOTAH was born in Bulgaria and is based in Vienna, Austria. He is an urban artist and muralist with roots in traditional graffiti and a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from the University of Veliko Tarnovo. 

Since 2008, VODAWOTAH has been actively creating large-scale murals and art projects across Europe and the Caribbean. 

As the founder of VODAWOTAH Agency in Vienna, he works at the intersection of advertising, public art, and cultural initiatives. His work ranges from commercial murals for international brands to exhibitions and live painting events in countries such as Austria, Bulgaria, and Germany. 

VODAWOTAH’s artistic practice combines the raw aesthetics of graffiti culture with modern design principles. He often works with typographic compositions and branding elements, using his expertise in illustration, the Adobe Creative Suite, and large-scale techniques to craft visual narratives that engage public space. 

Through his art, he explores the connections between urban environments, identity, and visual communication—always with a strong sense of color, movement, and meaning.
